Terms for Product Delivery

Dispatch and Delivery:

We mostly dispatch the goods within one working day for the United Kingdom. So, it can take 2 – 3 working days while our product will reach your doors. Deliveries are commonly made during normal working hours while some of the bigger products may require your signature at the delivery point.

A valid phone number is a must while placing an order.

Returns Rules:

If a product reaches as damaged, it should be reported maximum in two days. The returns will be accepted as it reaches back to us within 14 days. The product should be in the original packaging. The original cash memo should also be placed along with the returned product. In case the original slip is lost, it should be reported to us so as to retrieve your order number from your contact details.
